Due to the current situation worldwide with the Corona Virus we are experiencing delays in shipping out orders. Please be assured that we are working hard to get orders out to customers but this situation is out of our control.
1.) How do I cancel my order?
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at email@example.com. Please note that any cancellations after 12 hours of order confirmation may not be refunded.
Please note, that we reserve the right to impose a handling charge of 10% of the product price if you decide to cancel.
2.) How do I track my order?
You can just click on Track Your Order page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status. Please note that some products can take up to 4 weeks for delivery.
3.) When will I get my tracking number?
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number can take between 3-7 business days to be generated.
4.) Where can I get my tracking number?
You can retrieve your tracking number from your email address after 3 to 5 days of confirmation order.
You will automatically receive your tracking number after 3 to 5 days from the date of Order Confirmation was sent to you.
5.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
We are unable to provide you with an exact date and time of the delivery. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.
6.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up the delivery. Please refer to the delivery time within United States and Internationally as mentioned.
7.) How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to be sent estimated delivery is normally 14-20 business days for United States and 20-30 business days internationally.
